The steps to view the licences of an institution are as follows:

1-. Go to the Institution setting section. The system will display the following screen:

The Licenses section will appear in the bottom portion of the screen, where the following information can be seen:

1-. The total number of licences assigned to an institution compared to the number of licences in use.

2-. The expiration dates of the institution’s licences.

3-. Furthermore, a historical registry of licences can be seen by clicking on the View Licensing History section, as shown here:

And lastly, by clicking on the Request more Licences button:

a pop-up will appear with an email that can be contacted to request additional licences, like shown here:
